Building a film festival
Film festivals are more than just screenings—they're hubs of creativity, culture, and connection. Being part of the Public Relations and Sponsorship Committee for FICU LANTERNA gave me firsthand experience in shaping such an event.
From drafting personalized invitations to researching and contacting industry professionals, every detail mattered. I managed databases of key players in the film and TV industries, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. During the festival, I worked closely with speakers to guarantee their needs were met, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
This role strengthened my organizational and interpersonal skills, and it deepened my appreciation for the collaborative effort behind large-scale events.
